Less Oil

The Empress Dowager loves the Blended Orange Cake so much that she made it again. But with some changes.

First she used fine sugar.

Then she reduced the 1 cup oil to 1/4 cup.

The outcome is a super light & fluffy texture.

So much so that I need 4 pieces to be satisfied with it.
