Two days after the seafood, the Empress Dowager made this.
It looked hideous but it tasted healthy, tender & moist.

Then last weekend, we decided to try salmon.
It's our 1st time cooking salmon so we were very unsure about it.
Some parts looked dry. Some parts looked tender & moist.

Overall, it tasted like normal fish to me.
Bwahahahaaaa!!!!

I said to Mum, "You have been using the HappyCall Pan everything, eh."
And she responded, "No need to use oil mah." which equates to no oil-spill-clean cooking.
To me, it's a super healthy way to eat.
So Yes, I am glad that I planted the HappyCall Pan into her brain.
