The Seafood

Using the Happy Call Pan, I churned out a Seafood Platter for lunch today.





When I did the normal stir-fry, the fish was tough & dry, as if I had overcooked. With a lil bit of olive oil in the pan (to get the charred look), the fish turned out just nice - tender and not dry.

I still need more practice for the sotong & prawns. A tad overcooked.
