The Empress Dowager used to make them which looked like this. And this called for deep frying.

But with the HappyCall Pan, no oil is need. Cos the pan is non-stick. And this is how it turned out ... aka Banana Pancake.

She overestimated the heat so all got burned. Until I stepped in to do the last two pieces.
